I saw this one Sunday, and had never heard of this rule, but I don't know all the NFL rules. The Steelers got called for an illegal formation for having the wide receiver cover the tight end. It was a running play, so you couldn't have ineligible downfield. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light as to why this was an illegal formation?
