In the NFL playoffs, if a game is still tied after one OT period, does the second OT start with a coin toss or do the teams just switch ends and play continues from there?

Reason I'm wondering is I would like to know if in OT and a team gets the ball with less than 2 minutes for example..do they have to go into hurry-up or can they just take their time driving the ball downfield? Also, if that is true, it seems like timeouts would not be important at all.

I believe they would switch ends just like they would at the end of the 1st or 3rd quarters.
