Do any of your associations train high school students to become officials prior to becoming a certified varsity official or before 18 years of age? If so who and where do you do it? Can I get information on the program?

The MHSAA has what is called the Legacy Program. It is open to students that are 16 years and older. Their brochure for it is at this website:
