ok, as time expires in a tie ball game, Team A throws an interception. During the run back, Team B is called for blocking in the back. After the tackle, Team A commits an unsportsmanlike act and is flagged for it. So the question, untimes down with enforcement then or enforcement occurs in the overtime period??

It depends on what team A wants to do. If team A excepts B’s bib penalty, extend the period and enforce both penalties. If A declines the bib penalty you enforce team A’s penalty to start the over time period.
