With 5 seconds left in the 1st quarter, K lines up in punt formation, It's 4th and 5 on their 20 yard line. The ball is snapped and punted to the 50 yard line where its downed by K1. During the Kick R1 is flagged for holding at the 25 yard line. In Addition time expired to end the quarter. What's the call?

If PSK applies, and it appears it does, and K accepts the penalty, and I assume they would then we will enforce the holding foul from the 50 assuming the hold was at Ks 25. It will be Rs ball 1/10 @ R-40 for one untimed down.
