Back to a previous topic, 2 questions:

1 - Does R have to free-kick from the spot of the fair catch or anywhere between the hash marks?

2 - Can R use a kicking tee to attempt the FG or must they use another player as a holder?

I'm guessing here as I don't have my books with me:

1. They can place the ball anywhere between the hash marks.

2. It's a free kick, they can use either a tee or a holder.

No need to guess. I'm sure you know as you did answer correctly.

Normal free kick rules apply. The ball placement is anywhere on the designated yard line.

Again as in normal F/K rules, they can tee it up, have a player hold the ball on a tee or ground, they can even drop kick it.
