NF and NCAA rules:
On a try for point A1 is covered up by A2. A1 commits PI when he catches a pass in the EZ. What are the enforcement options?

The try would be unsuccessful because the penalty carries a loss of down portion of the penalty.

Peace

yikes! I will take a stab at this one, or should I? First, points no good, no retry since LOD. Should the 15 yards be assessed to the KO? I would say no, off the top of my head. You guessed it, no books in front of me.

There would be no rule support to assess the penalty on the KO. The play did not result in points.

Peace

That is really my question. Do you penalize on the KO? My thought is no, but do not have rule book availlable right now.

No, no enforcement on kickoff.
