scenario High School :
dive play, QB fakes the hand-off, pulls the ball back and runs down field 50 yards.
the whistle blows on the dive into the line.

Where do do i spot the ball?
A. at the spot where the ball was when i blew the whistle
B. at the spot the QB was tackled 50 yards down field
C. do we replay the down.
D. or does the offense have their option of the placement and/or a replay

Scenario:
A pass play and an inadvertant whistle blows
A. replay the down
B. give the offense the option of the play or replay.
