How do you guys stand when you signal an illegal pass? Face pressbox? Stand sideways? Back to press box?

I've had two illegal passes so far this year (both were 2 passes on the same play).

Turn slightly sideways.

You're suppose to turn 180 degrees around, a** to the pressbox. It doesn't show it here very well, http://www.nfhs.org/staticcontent/pd...nal_chart2.pdf but the box should be able to see your signal.

First, I think this probably the least "glamourous" signal in football--it looks like you are clearing up the stink after passing wind (sorry, that was a bad image).

This year, here in PA, they have told white hats they want the R's to face their rear to the press box as they make this signal. IMHO, this does not look any better, if not looking worse.
