The book only tells what numbers and positions are INeligible. They leave up to us to "do the math."

One night we had a head coach tell us in the pre-game conference that his team was called for an 'illegal runner' because someone with a jersey number somewhere between 50-79 ran the football from the backfield. I asked which signal the WH used for that. We wonder why coaches fly off the handle once in awhile!
