3rd & 10 from A's 30. A1 hands off to A2 who is tackled at A's 32. During the run B1 is called for a 5 yd face mask penalty at the 31 yd line. Do you replay the down?

Yes, after enforcement of the 5 yard penalty from the end of the run. 3rd and 3 from the A37.

15 yards from PLS, PBH, or PBD plus and AFD.

We don't have the 5 yard face mask penalty in Canada.

What we do have is an Unnecessary Roughness penalty for grasping the facemask, which is 15 yards and when committed by B, and automatic first down to A.

It would be applied either at PLS, PBD or PBH, depending on the play and when the facemast occured.

No, they are "some crazy Canadian enforcement spots". Remember to include the "u" in honour, colour, etc... and the "e" in enforcement.
