Anyone have a good pre-game checklist for a crew?

Here is the basic one i follow:
Middle Georgia Football Officials Association
Pre-game conference notes:

Field observations and duties of all officials
Coin toss mechanics

Mechanics, coverage, and common rules infractions
1. free kicks
2. scrimmage kicks (punt, try after TD, field goal)
3. running plays
4. pass plays
5. short-yardage/ goal line plays

Penalty administration and reporting a foul

Starting and stopping clock and time outs/ extending period and untimed down/ communications

Tandem officials across field and same side discuss position balance and the mobile box mechanics

GHSA Overtime Procedure

Game management and control – forward progress – rotating footballs/ band noise warning

Communication with coaches – sideline control


**in addition i also add:
Pre-game conference discussion and review:

Simultaneous Catch or Recovery (Kicking Team – Receiving)
Fair Catch – Interference – Awarded Catch
Kick Catch-Interference/ Free and Scrimmage Kicks *
First Touching/ Free and Scrimmage Kicks

How long do you allow for your pre-game meeting? That seems like a pretty extensive list?

regular season we start pregame 90 minutes before game time.
on the field doing field duties 30 minutes before game.

play-offs start 120 minutes before game time.

**we don't use a crew system, so a lot of things have to be covered at every game.
