Nebraska-I've gotten anywhere from 50 to 70 for Varsity ball (depending on conference or school). JV and below tends to be 35 for 4 man, and 38 for 3 man crews.

Varsity is $50-$60 each plus mileage for one car.
Subvarsity starts @ $38 and goes up to $50, some schools pay mileage, some don't. Info is from Michigan's Western Upper Peninsula. |
North Dakota
$60 varsity with 37.5 cents per mile for the driver.

Looking at my records, I got $35 for doing a pee wee game in one league, $38 in another, $41 for high school freshman and $50 for junior high games last year.

Missouri rates are around 65-70 for Varsity

Texas varsity pay is based on gate receipts. I have worked some very small games and some fairly good sized ones. Least I ever got was $45, most was $225, average seems to be @ $85 - $105
