1) Team A scores a touchdown. After the TD team B coach is flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct.

2) On a touchdown run, team B commits a facemask foul. After the TD team B is flagged for unnecessary roughness.

How do you enforce these penalties? NFHS please.

How do you enforce these penalties?

1. TD counts, obviously. Team A option: apply the penalty (a) ½ the distance on the PAT attempt, or (b) 10 yards on the kick-off. If there was not going to be a kick-off because of the end of a period, a kick-off may be induced.

2. TD counts, obviously. There are two 15 yard fouls here. Apply (a) both on the PAT attempt - ½ the distance twice, (b) both on the kick-off - 30 yards total, or (c) one UR on each of the PAT attempt and the KO - ½ and distance and 15 respectively. If there was not going to be a kick-off because of the end of a period, a kick-off may be induced. The second UR may be extended across half-time, also.

Touchdown counts. Apply penalty on the try. Half the distance for A. Try from the B's one-and-a-half yard line.

Both penalties carry over to the try only. First the face mask foul, then the dead ball personal foul.

A will attempt the try from the B's three quarter yard line.

Fed does not (yet) offer the option of enforcing any fouls during a touchdown run on the kick off.
