Sorry for the mix up. I was looking forward to a long weekend from work when I posted this and my mind was some place else. The substitution rule changes do not apply to this play. Warrenkicker is correct, no foul for B11. B11 does not have to be between the 9 yard marks as that rule applies only to team A.
