So here it is almost 5 years later, and here is the list of football movies that I now own: (Ordered by how my stack is right now. )

Rites of Autumn (5 DVDs)
The Program
Rudy
The Longest Yard
Radio
The Longest Yard - with Adam Sandler
Necessary Roughness
Second String
Remember The Titans
The Replacements
Friday Night Lights
North Dallas Forty
We Are Marshall
Comeback Season
The Express
Beyond The Gridiron: The Life and Times of Woody Hayes
Facing The Giants
Leatherheads

It's not a lot.... but I also watch baseball and basketball movies, and have a few of those as well.

You should consider adding "Brian's Song" to your collection.

I will take a look for it. Most of these movies I pick up for $3.99 each in a Previously Viewed bin at local stores.

I'll keep an eye out for that one, as you're not the first person to recommend it!

I saw Gridiron Gang at the store last week but I thought I already had it. LOL

But do you have
Baseketball [1998]
from the South Park guys, based on a game that the producer played as a kid.
Not my sort of movie (I'm not a South Park fan), but some people like these things.

Somebody's selling it on eBay for $3.97 plus shipping.

LOL I played "soccer-baseball" as a kid.

I've seen Baseketball, and suppose technically, I should own it if I want my sports movie collection to be more complete. Maybe I'll buy it when I have no others left to buy.

Did you check eBay.com or .ca?

I hate UPS with a passion, and avoid their stupid brokerage fees.

Definitely, although I will say reading the book would be a better choice. Much deeper look, more thorough picture of the events. Great read.
