I actually printed the document the other day.

Not 233 pages though.

The printer at work prints both sides - now down to 117 pages. Then I used the format of "6 pages per page". Ceiling(117 / 6) = 20 sheets of paper! Still readable too.

It is official, unlike the many NFL rules sites out there that pretend to list the actual NFL rules when they are really just someone's reading of what the rules say.

thanks for the link, but you are about 6 seasons late. Most NCAA officials I know have been viewing the "Official" NCAA publication site since the 2000 season.
