RamTime Free Download - 233 pages it looks official to me. http://www.ncaa.org/library/rules/2005/2005_football_rules.pdf
JugglingReferee I actually printed the document the other day. Not 233 pages though. 🙂 The printer at work prints both sides - now down to 117 pages. Then I used the format of "6 pages per page". Ceiling(117 / 6) = 20 sheets of paper! Still readable too.
TXMike It is official, unlike the many NFL rules sites out there that pretend to list the actual NFL rules when they are really just someone's reading of what the rules say.

Most NCAA officials I know have been viewing the "Official" NCAA publication site since the 2000 season.
