Congrats to ref18, being assigned line of scrimmage duties for the Under 17 Gold Medal game in our National Championship.

Congrats to JugglingReferee on being assigned as the HL for our U19 National Championship :D

And just for clarification, my line of scrimmage duties for once are not stick-crew related

Hey guys, congrats to you both. Mike, sorry I couldn't make the games. I did receive your message but this week has been extremely busy. No sooner do I get stock in and someone goes ahead and cleans me out. I love football season.

And why is one guy not even standing on the field, looks weird to me, please explain.

This could be tough. Let me see, I think you are wearing a black and white shirt. Oh yes, you said you were the linesman. HL goes with the sticks....... so I am going to go out on a limb here and guess ............. (drum roll please)..............#18.

Nice work you two. Canadian football needs new young blood moving up. Noticed in the Argos game last night that Kim Murphy is now wearing the black hat. Great guy. He deserves it and did a good job too.

By the way, your basketball ref pants should be in by mid week, Friday at the latest. As soon as they come in I will send them out by Canpar.

The second back judge is actually on the stick crew. We send him there to watch the ball on a convert attempt, which this was. The BJ is the field is the real BJ.

You should get vests for the stickcrew to avoid this confusion :D

BTW, Thanks Keith, it's great doing business with you.

I'll see if I can bring the spare set up with me this fall :D

I'm sure your stick crews will really love them ;)

Just so you know, ahem, World of Sports carries stick crew vests made of mesh, a lot lighter than plastic.
