I'm just being curious--
we have our first association meeting May 9 and will be getting ready for spring "games" a couple weeks after that--- was wondering what other areas beside SW FL (or FL) have this coming up ??

in this area the only spring games are the college kids...worked a few of those but they are over...now it is on to a semi pro league...so there is enough to keep the interest piqued...

Hawaii football league.
We have spring football here: its called the Hawaii football league and its for guys out of high school and college. They field about 6 teams state-wide (we live in a small state) and play about 10 games per year from mid-May through mid-July.
We don't have formal meetings until July, but our association likes to work these games. Its a great chance to work in a few rookies with more experienced guys. We are also having a clinic in mid-June which will be fun: high school kids are playing some exhibition games (based on an all-star team format).

I just had my first game of the year today. JV game, the one school board plays V ball in teh fall and JV in the spring because a lot of the V players are bumped up from the JV team.
Anyways it was my first football game since November and I've completely forgotten everything  I guess I'm gonna have to do some extra reading before my next game on Monday  BTW: We had our first meeting of the year last Tuesday.
