I would like to start attending college meetings, can any one tell me when they usually meet and where. I live on the OHIO-PA border

If you are already HS, you will need to apply and be accepted into a college association (DIII) locally. That involved (for me) a formal application, written references from other college officials, and an interview. Oh, and some cash.
You may want to contact a local DIII program and find out from the SID who the contact person is for the association that services their conference.

REPLY: Depending on when the application period begins and ends, you might also want to approach some DIII officials in your local HS association and possibly accompany them to meetings. Maybe even offer to work some scrimmages this coming season.
