I've seen both officials work before, but have also had the pleasure of hearing Dick speak at a conference.
What a fantastic speaker. He knows the game so well and was one of the most personable officiating celebrities that I've ever met.
I can only imagine how the young fellows on his crew feel. I know they know how special it was to referee the 2005 Sugar Bowl. Heck, I bet it was sweet.
