I have great news people....our politicians in New Jersey are hard at work on lowering our obnoxious property taxes and car insurance. NOT!!!!

They're worried about the prices fans pay for playoff games among other things, like application of consistent officating standards. All I know is we bust our butts in working to be the very best officials we can possibly be. It might even be illegal to officiate football in NJ if Burzichelli has it his way!!!

What makes that idiot qualified to know whether or not the officials were consistent? Was that guy elected? Why don't he go lobby to get the tickets lowered for the Professional sports. Sounds like the folks in NJ need to form a posse and have this guy removed from his position.

I notice that Burzichelli doesn't bother to suggest any alternatives. This is just a way to get his name in the paper.

The Gloucester County Times and the Star Ledger have a few related articles. I'm sure other papers do as well.

I haven't heard anyone complain about ticket prices. Parking fees? - maybe, that's always a complaint.

Maybe Burzichelli is complaining about my goal line call. Sorry, guys.

Now that I think of it, maybe it's ME! I just realized from the article he's the major of a town where I was the R of that town's homecoming game which was also shown on TV in Gloucester County. It was a pretty clean game but maybe he saw something he didn't like. Just a suspicion.

Careful there waltjp. You might give them some ideas regarding parking fees. I'm on the chains tomorrow night for the SJ Group 4 title game. He might suggest officials pay to park too!

REPLY: We had Demarest in their semi-final win over Roxbury. Not a big team, but pretty quick. They have a good running back--#20 if I recall. All I can say is have a good time on Olsen's sideline. He's a piece of work!

I know Olsen well. I remember him when he was coaching the kids' teams.

We worked the first meeting this season between Wayne Hills and Demarest. It was Hills' first loss and a good game at that.

Well parking was free at the SJ Group 4 final tonight...got paid too!

Bob M - A crew from your chapter did the game. Jim Conte's crew came down for Shawnee v. Washington Township. They did a nice job. When I realized where the crew was from I said "sorry guys it's cold out" then wipped out my black Eagles sweatshirt for one of the 5 layers I had on beneath my stripes. I knew I was with some "G-men" fans. All hustled well and worked well as a unit.
