What's the rule on illegal contact (flag football) AFTER the ball has been intercepted and run back for a score? We gave the intercepting team the ball back at the spot of the INT. Not quite sure if that is correct or not.

Same basic idea as federation. Ball was intercepted with "clean hands." 10 yards from the spot of the foul using all but one principle. What university are you at schmitty?

Who was the foul on? If it was on the offense (those who threw the INT) after the INT it would be half the distance on the try. If it was on the defense (the team who intercepted the ball) after the INT it would be as Axle said: Ten yards from the spot of the foul.

Oh yeah, I forgot one important thing in my question. There was 2 penalties, 1 on each team for illegal contact. The passing team pushed a guy because he was in the way, and the intercepting team illegally blocked another guy.
Anyway, we gave the ball to the intercepting team at the spot of the INT.

Sounds to me like Team B will decline the first penalty to keep the ball. Then Team A can accept the penalty which would be enforced under the all but one principle.

What if they accepted the penalty? Would they offset and replay the down?

If B intercepted with clean hands (their foul was committed AFTER the interception) then you would replay the down if B accepted A's penalty (double foul - replay the down). If B declines A's penalty then you have no choice but to penalize B from the spot of the foul, B keeps the ball, 1st and 10 after marching off the yardage. If A and B foul before the change of possession, double foul, replay.
