It's still hot down here

Would you believe it's Oct 22 already, and the temperature, at game time was 87*F, humidity 100%, rain, no wind. The game took almost 3 hours to complete.

The WH went down with a twisted knee, so we reverted to a four-man crew. Over 800 yards of offense, combined, final score 42-12.

The visiting QB suffered a dislocated hip, no ambulance on-site, he had to lay there for 35 minutes before they arrived.

I suggested that both teams do some stretching before we resumed. Every other play some player was going down with cramps.

Ahh, just two more weeks left of the regular season, then 5 weeks of playoffs, ending Dec 10-11 in the Louisiana Superdome.

Ain't Friday nights great.
