I subbed on a crew last night. The R for the game said that in Ot each team gets 1 TO plus any that carry over from the 2nd half. All I can find is that 2nd half ones carry over...is there any rule (NFHS) that says they get extra TO's for each OT period? or is this simply NCAA??
