Warrenkicker In both A and B the clock will start on the snap as the previous play ended with the clock being stopped by the incomplete pass. Don't have my books with me but I think it is somewhere in rule 3 in one of those lists.

Theisey Accepted/declined does not factor in as the clock was stopped for an incomplete forward pass. 3-4-3-e is the reference.
