it is 4th down and 10 for team A on its own 40 yard line. the snap goes over the punters head and at the 10 yard line the punter kicks the ball through the end zone. what are all the options that team B has?

Foul for illegal kicking.

R/B can accept the foul and have the penalty marked off from the spot of the foul. Since this is a live ball foul, K has another down.

If R/B accepts the Safety, score two points for R/B; K kicks from their 20.
