Did anyone notice during this game the defensive end for one of the teams clearly crossed the line of scrimmage before the snap, went back on his side of the ball and got back in his stance and nothing was called? Or was I dreamin?

I seen it, but no foul was committed. Under NCAA as long as he doesn't make contact he can get back before the ball is snapped.

(and as long as he doesn't draw movement from the offensive player directly across from him or adjacent to the player directly across from him)

NF rules aren't designed for the level of football that Texas High School plays. )

And ask Stoops where he gets a lot of his player from. Need I say more. We get the boys prepared for College here in Texas High School and then we ship them North to Stoops and they don't have to make any adjustments to the college game as they are already accustomed to those rules.
