We have an association member who is retiring after 20 years. He served many positions including president and assigning secretary. Any ideas for a retirement gift?

If you know of a good woodworker, you can create a display case that holds, a flag, bag, whistle, etc. and have some type of engraving done with years of service that is attached to it. Make it small enough for him to hang on the wall.

For one of our members last game, we tried to get a penalty flag with some message stitched on it. I don't think it went through because it cost an outrageous amount, but if you've got the cash...

you've seen the retired jerseys that are framed? - retire an official's jersey and present that to him.
