is there a rule on how many players can be on either side of the kicker ( for the cover team)?

NFHS & NFL: There is no requirement fot the kicking team's players to be in a certain postion or formation at the kick

NCAA: The kicking team must have at least 4 players on either side of the kicker at the time of the kick
