Can anyone give me any clarafacation on wheather or not barefoot kickers are premitted in fed ball or must he wear a shoe. I know the college ruling but not sure on the HS ruling thanks for the help.

Shoes are required under federation rules. I don't have my books with me but if you look in rule 1 under what is required, you will find that shoes are listed.

Look at Rule 1-5-1-g this tells you all about the required shoes notice I said required, hope this helps.
