I have been asked to give the pre-game this week for my college game. What are some things I should include in our discussion.

REPLY: If your crew is relatively new, I would suggest discussing the major differences between NF and NCAA that can really get you into trouble if you screw up. For example, blowing the whistle on a blocked try, blowing offsides as if it were NF encroachment. Those kinds of things. If they're not, how about breaking into pairs (R and U, L and F, H and S) and each pair discusses how they can help each other. If it's a seven-man crew, tell the B go collect the game balls!
