REPLY: If your crew is relatively new, I would suggest discussing the major differences between NF and NCAA that can really get you into trouble if you screw up. For example, blowing the whistle on a blocked try, blowing offsides as if it were NF encroachment. Those kinds of things. If they're not, how about breaking into pairs (R and U, L and F, H and S) and each pair discusses how they can help each other. If it's a seven-man crew, tell the B go collect the game balls! <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_4_82.gif' alt='Football' border=0></a> <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_4_82.gif' alt='Football' border=0></a> <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_4_82.gif' alt='Football' border=0></a>
