I have not heard anyone talk about this. I knew it was a new rule but just have not seen any conversation on this specific issue.
Does everyone think this is a good idea to announce the players that committed fouls in NCAA Games? Does anyone think that it should apply to HS games? Peace

Is this a new rule/requirement in NCAA, or did the SEC crew just pick this up for tonight's VT/USC game?

I don't have a problem with doing it in NCAA games. They're grown-ups, mostly. I don't think any good can come of it in high school, though.
