Question
When does everyone start their season?

My first game is Friday (it looks like it might rain too). I am ready to get it on.

We just started here in GA last Friday. Mainly non-region games that were blowouts, but we had a couple of good ones as well.

Jamborees last Friday, games that count this Thursday, Friday, Saturday. The jamboree I worked last week was really just a preseason game; two teams, four full length quarters, lots of scoring and turnovers (4 turnovers on kickoffs). I fear that our crew will all be suspended by the state because none of us are certified to officiate track and it was most definitely a track meet. To make it more interesting, the temp at game time was 91 with 82% humidity. We expect more of the same this week if no thunderstorms intervene. I am already working to hydrate; I hope the kids are too.

Had a week "0" game last week but most start this week.

Angry Different season in Germany
My season is unfortunately finished in 3 weeks :-( Then in October there is the German Youth All-Star State games (best youth from each state selected for a team, then a tournament).
But I guess I can't complain, my first game of the year was on the 4th of April - so 6 months ago.

In, ND, I've done two scrimmages, one HS and one D-II. Another D-II scrimmage today. First HS game tomorrow night. I'm excited!

We have jamborees this weekend, and regular season starts next weekend. Last weekend we worked scrimmages.
