Question

Hi guys, it's been a long time since I have been on the board. Nice to be back.

Last year I was able to get an exam given the prior year, with updated answers to use as a study guide. It was very well done on MicroSoft Access. Do any of you happen to know the member that was doing those exams? We have several guys in our association that are wanting to test up this fall, it would help alot if I gould get one for this year's rules changes.

Thanks,
Blackhawk

I don't know if this is the sort of thing you're looking for but it sounds similar (though it's not MS Access-based, as far as I know)...

http://www.rules-study.com/

They have all the questions and answers for the last few years, updated for this year's rules and interpretations so you can test yourself as a way to study. You can even choose for it to give you only questions that are of a certain type or based on a certain rule number.

The rules-study CD is a great learning tool. I only wish they had an update CD with all the rule changes etc every year. The way it is now, you have to fork out an additional $25 to have the latest and greatest version.

Thanks guys.
That looks like good stuff, too.

What I was looking for was put together by a member of this board. He has a business, so it isn't free but a real good value. It was put together very well on Access, kept your score and I believe, kept track of the questions you missed.

I had his email on my old computer, but ............ well, you know!!

BlackHawk -

I am the one who had the rules test on MS Access.

Free to all. It is the "2002" rules, I did not update to 2003 (lack of time etc...)

If you or anyone wants it, send me an e-mail.

Thanks Rick!

That is it. If anyone needs a study guide, there is no better one than this. It not only helps you learn the rules and applications, but it also will familiarize you with how the test is written.

Thanks again Rick!
