One of the three member chain crew gets sick in the middle of a game. How do you handle this situation?

I assume you mean the one guy gets so sick he can't continue, right??

In this situation, I'd inform the HL, he'll stop the game talk to the referee, and they'll ask the home team to find someone to finish the job. The new guy will hold a 10 yard marker. If the downsbox got sick, one of the guys who knows what they're doing will take the downsbox, leaving their posistion open for the new guy.

That's exactly what I would do, just take an officials timeout and get a replacement.
