Here are a few that come to mind.
(a) A return kick is an illegal kick (b) A scrimmage kick that is made when the kicker is beyond the NZ. (c) using a tee or tee like device on a scrimmage place kick in (a) the play is blown dead at the time the illegal kick is made. Mark off 5-yards from the spot if the kick. in (b) again, the play is blown dead at the time of the illegal kick. Mark off 5 yards from the previous spot and the down counts. in (c) mark off 5 yards from the previous spot. Ball is live until it becomes dead by rule. I think there might be one more, but I'm drawing blanks at the moment. |

I will guess.....
I think he means if the return team kicks the ball back after the initial kick.
