what about the commemerative coins with no distinct head or tail??

One of the referees at a summer league I worked recently had a great coin. On one side was a picture of a donkey's head. On the other side was a picture of a donkey's rear-end. They even put "heads" and "tails" on the appropriate side in case there was any confusion. The captains got a kick out of seeing the coin.

I think Honigs carries a similar coin, only difference is I think it is a zebra, but it clearly says heads/tails.

Snake-eyes, that is true IF you let it hit the ground. The weight would then come into play. If you catch the coin the weight does not come into play.
