Situation: 3rd down and 10 for A from the A40. A sweep play loses 5 yards to A's 35. During the run, A was flagged for clipping at A's 33 yard line. Enforcement, please

Your spot of enforcement is from the end of the run or the spot of the foul using the all-but-one principle. In this case penalize A 15 yards from the spot of the foul and replay the down, or decline the penalty and it is 4th and 15.
