REPLY: Hey...I wrote the other article!! Nice to see it's being used even if it didn't convert into HTML too well. By the way, I've updated it for the 2004 rules. Mike...any idea how to get the new version out to their site...and yours?

Yep, that's what I thought when I saw the name on it. Yours was actually the one I wanted to read over but I remembered it being Mike Sears, I will also read Mike's article over. I try to read them each year just to help freshen stuff up as the start of the seasons starts to near. Thankyou, both Mike and Bob.
