My wife gets tired of hearing about the upcoming football season. Had a chance to work a semi-pro game on Saturday and it was GREAT getting a chance to work some football.

Only 66 days until Illinois begins playing high school games.

I went to a clinic last weekend, and officiated a 7 on 7 tournament at the U of I. That shook the rust off, and I'm pumped for the HS season to start!!

I doubt they'll be anyone who says they're not pumped.

If anyone out there is not pumped, they probably are either dead or need CPR...

I am not.

Do not get me wrong, I am looking forward to the football season. But right now I have so many other things going on I really do not get excited until the CFO Clinic in Naperville or when NCAA Football 2005 comes out for the PS2. Those two events starts my blood to boil.

Peace

The year that I am not pumped will be the year I hang up the shoes. I even ordered new knickers! Can't wait for the sound of contact and the annoyance of mosquitoes.

More than that, I look forward to working with the same core of guys again as well as helping new guys.

I will agree with Mr. Rutledge on the NCAA Football for the Playstation. It will be in stores on July 13th. I look forward to meet the ledgend of Officiating.com at the clinic in Napierville. Be kind, it will be my first college clinic.

Cool new ref

i gotta tell you.......i'm a new official, and I can't wait to get started. I just go home at night, put on my uniform and just sit in it. I can't wait!!! I hope it's as much fun as I've heard.

Look forward to some great discussions on this board.

I look forward to seeing you as well. We have a great time and a blast after the camp stuff is over. So be prepared to drink and laugh a lot. It is one of the best experiences I have ever had.
