Hi deeno,

I´m from Germany, Europe.

We have a Womens League for now more then 10 Years here. That is not Pro Football, but the gils play for the same rules as the boys does. (NCAA) They have also the same status here in Germany.

I have officiating both.
The first (and biggest) differense is, that the Ladys do not play so much aggessive like the boys doas.
The work mor with the rules and with taktiks. I think sometimes it is the better football because of this.
But it is not so spectaculary, because, the girl have not the power for hitting the oppoment or to throw a ball for a big passplay.

I like to officiating the games, because it is more fun.

Hawaii has tried to form a team.

Hawaii has tried to form a team over the past few years. About 2 years or so ago they held try-outs and from what I heard it attracted some awesome female athletes (track, basketball, and other sports).

Unfortunately, because of various mostly financial reasons the team never got off the ground.

Good luck to you.
