We generally do introduce everyone, but I tend to vapor lock on one guy's name and have to pause and think or make something up (Mr. Markbreit or Mr. Dreith I usually insert). I'm thinking of dropping it as the kids don't care in the slightest and they're usually announced anyway.
One of our old timers (ahem, esteemed veteran) doesn't introduce the other guys and I kind of like that.
As another aside, do you (R's and U's) introduce yourselves to the captains on the sideline before you walk out and say 'good luck today/tonight' or any other pleasantry?
