Axe Man We had a situation where our R and I BJ flipped positions about 4 years ago. It was and exciting change for me and I have really enjoyed it.
For you if your crew has been fortunate to work playoffs then your work is speaking for itself. If it aint broke dont fix it! Yes you may have some new parts to the crew but I would suggest to keep on doing what you have been doing
