in NFL, is roughing a kicker or run into a kikcer a personal foul or unsportman like conduct?

I don't know about NFL but NF and I believe NCAA, roughing the kicker is a personal foul. Unsportsmanlike conduct fouls are usually reserved for non-contact fouls.

Running is a regular foul.

Unsportsmanlike are noncontact fouls.
