hello,

just trying too get a few things clarified here on how too administer the penalties after a touchdown is scored.

A=OFFENSE B=DEFENSE

scenario 1: (A) scores a touchdown after the whistle has sounded (B) gives a late hit out of bounds, a flag is thrown for a deadball foul. how is this penalized is it on the try for point or the kickoff?

NF: DB fouls after a TD regardless of when it occurs are enforced on the TRY.

NCAA: DB fouls after a TD may be enforced on the TRY or Kickoff. Except if this was in extra periods.

NCAA rule is safer. I can see a potential aggressive steroid-user NF coach telling his players to drill players after they score. It's a 1 1/2 yard penalty. Y'all need the option to go on the kickoff on USC's.

If it's flagarant we can eject them. I've never had/seen a problem with this. And 1 and 1/2 yard is a lot when it comes to 2pt conversions.
