A 4/G@ B-5 . While running the ball at the B-2, A20 fumbles the ball into the end zone,where B25 intentionally kicks the loose ball out of the back of the end zone tp keep A from recovering the fumble.
How is that inforced??

Foul by B (illegal kick) occurred during a running play where both the foul and the end of the related run are beyond the previous spot. Enforce the foul from the end of the related run (the spot of the fumble), half the distance to the goal, and replay the down. 4/G from B1.

Depends how egregious the illegal act looks. If it really looks like a team A player was diving for the ball and would've recovered it otherwise, award the touchdown.
