during a successful 2 point try, team B has a 5 yard face mask. also team B is hit with a dead ball 15 yard late hit. since the try is good the penalty is enforced on the succeeding spot. where would team A kick off from? i guess what i am asking is both penalties enforced on the kickoff?

Yes. One live ball, one dead ball. Kick from R's 40.

Sounnds like a good time for an onside kick.

Assuming FED rules, the five-yard face mask penalty, as you noted, will be enforced from the succeeding spot, A's 40 yard-line. The succeeding spot is now A's 45 yard-line.

All dead ball fouls are enforced from the succeeding spot. Therefore, the 15-yard penalty for the late hit will be enforced from A's 45 yard-line, which will put the ball on B's 40 yard-line. A (now K) will kickoff from B's 40 yard-line.

In other words, yes, both penalties will be enforced on the kickoff.
